Why The Politicisation of the Global Food Shortage?

President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe attended the UN Food Summit in Rome as one of the world leader who should be concerned about the current Global Food Crisis. However president Mugabe commented that he seized land from white farmers in Zimbabwe because he was undoing a legacy left by former colonial "masters", meaning Britain. At this point its important to understand that positive political environments are needed to help us out of the Global Food Crisis. I think that president Mugabe's Expulsion of white farmers from Zimbabwe was not a positive strategy towards more food production. However Europe, USA, Zimbabwe and other powers should find ways of working together to combat the current food situation instead of rubbing political shoulders aganaist one another because i believe we have all(all countries) some how contributed to the current food crisis whether currently or in the past.Leaving Out the Iranian and Zimbabwean presidents from the summit's official dinner is a sign of negative politicisation of the global food crisis. This must stop
